The client commissioned the complete fit-out of the home: kitchen, breakfast nook, main bedroom, and an interior door integrated with furniture. In the kitchen, we worked with light oak fronts, a single-piece marble countertop and splashback, and a made-to-measure upholstered bench by the window for everyday meals. The bedroom combines CNC-fluted panelling, a TV unit with a brass frame, a desk with illuminated shelving, and an upholstered headboard that runs the full width of the wall, with matching floating nightstands. The interior door was designed as part of the same unit as the side shelving, rather than treated as a separate element. We designed, upholstered and built every piece — including the headboard structure — in our Málaga workshop.

The main challenge was integrating three very different types of production — CNC carpentry for the fluted panelling and kitchen fronts, upholstery for the headboard and bench, and door joinery for the bedroom entrance — into a single visual composition, without any piece feeling added on afterwards. The wall fluting had to run with the same direction and cut depth across every panel, while the interior door needed to be structurally integrated with the shelving, not simply fitted into the opening. By producing the CNC machining, upholstery and door joinery under one roof, we coordinated all three productions without relying on outside workshops or adjusting pieces on site afterwards.
